I wasn't born and raised in Calgary I moved here in 1988 and have been happy with that desision for all these years.
I'm a buyer advocate and condominium specialist realtor associate with Discover Real Estate Ltd. I'm happy with what I do and proud of how I go about doing it!
Here's what I did to get here...
I licensed in 1988 with CREB (Calgary Real Estate Board) as a Residential Realtor who avoided working condos because there was no protection for the public.

2000 - The "Condominium Property Act" of Alberta is revised to now protect the public so I completed every Condominium educational program I could find - my volume of condo transactions increased exponentially.

2005 - Ibought a condo & was elected to serve as "President" of the Board of Directors in that condominium complex.

2006 - Completed Calgary Real Estate Board - "CCS-Certified Condominium Specialist" designation.

2009 - Completed National Association of Realtors - "ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative" designation.

2010 - Moved from - RE/MAX to - Discover Real Estate Ltd., the second largest independent real estate company in Calgary.
While I continue to market World-Wide, on multiple websites, and other marketing arenas for my clients... I made a conscious decision to spend my expense dollars doing business here in Calgary.
